Abstract

The interest of pupils for movement, physical exercise and game is great during the
lower secondary classes. Knowing this passion, the P.E. teacher, using the specific methods
and approaches, will be able to correctly direct the influences of physical exercises so as,
together with the strengthening of the body force to influence positively the children's
personality under the moral, affective and intellectual aspects.
The work is meant to support the teachers who teach physical education to lower
secondary school pupils in their effort to enrich the content of the lesson, improve the
methodology of game, develop the motrical qualities and raise the efficiency and complexity
of the P.E. lesson.
